To help our locations save as much as possible on laundry utility costs, Hercules offers Maytag® Commercial Laundry Energy Advantage™ High Efficiency (HE) Single-Load Front-Load Washers. These new front-load washers are designed to cut utility costs by up to 60 percent.* Additionally, they are the only commercial laundry single-load washers to be ENERGY STAR® and CEE Tier III qualified, meaning that owners can save even more energy.

Designed to offer an enhanced wash cycle, the new washers include reliability enrichments in such areas as the pumps, shafts, seals and suspension. The large tub and door opening makes loading and unloading easy, while new bellows to the door interface reduces damage to clothes. With no agitator, the washer holds substantially more laundry, including big and bulky items, such as bedspreads and blankets.

The newly incorporated tinted polymer window allows users to view clothes without opening the door or stopping the wash cycle. In addition, the washers use Maytag® Computer Trac® controls, which display a customer-friendly coin countdown and the estimated time remaining during the cycle.

The washers also use service-friendly Maytag® Accu Trac® advanced data management and auditing software. This software compiles specific machine and cycle information into accurate, easy-to-read reports to monitor all aspects of machine activity, from service needs to collection shortages to usage percentage of enhanced vend price cycles. In the dryers, the Maytag brand exclusive TurboVent™ Technology offers 100 feet of venting capability to provide maximum performance and shorter drying times, while helping save energy costs in many poorly vented situations. Additionally, the dryers feature an extra large 6.7 cubic-foot capacity and an easy-to-use angled display with one-touch cycle selection. The robust door design includes die-cast door handles and a scratch-resistant coating.
