Regional Manager Suzanne Alstrom, in teaming with Hercules’ VP of Sales Mark Eisler, has embraced the importance of providing the residents of Northbridge Park with laundry facilities that incorporate the latest technological developments in the industry. With Hercules laundry facilities located on all fifteen floors of Northbridge Park, residents have the convenience of using each laundry facility just steps from their apartments. A smart card revaluing center, located in a central hallway outside of the Management office allows residents the ease and convenience of revaluing their laundry cards.
When Suzanne Alstrom referred to Hercules as a “family-type business” that the board of Northbridge Park wanted to do business with, she also referenced the many competitors within the industry that had solicited the board and made promises that could never have been fulfilled. Suzanne also referred to Hercules’ ability to nurture long-standing relationships by providing exceptional service and by accommodating the many specific requests of the board.
In noting what Mark Eisler meant to the board and to the overall sales negotiation process, Suzanne specifically cited the personal touch provided by Mark and the entire Hercules staff.
